Each order is custom cut and assembled. Please review our web site thoroughly to understand the  product before you place the order.  Once your order is confirmed or shipped, we regret that we can no longer cancel your order or offer any refund. This no return/refund policy applys to all of our products, including prepack, custom cut track, roll of track and parts.  

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. We ship via UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Overseas shipping, including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska, please call 714-961-8883 or email us at info@theflextracks.com  Expedition request is subject to additional $10 service charge disregard amount of order.
Minimum order charge: $10 including shipping cost.
